A Space to Rehearse Change
At various points in our lives, we may experience a sense of stagnation, feeling as if we’re unable to progress.
During these challenging times, remember that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. A psychotherapist can walk beside you, offering compassionate support and insight. Together, you’ll rediscover your inner strength and find a renewed sense of purpose—empowering you to move forward with clarity and confidence.

About Me
I am a dedicated and experienced creative arts therapist based in Warrington, Cheshire, UK, and have been running a successful private practice since 2005. As an HCPC-registered Arts Therapist and a US Registered Drama Therapist, I provide psychotherapy in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Having been born and raised in Hong Kong and spent two years studying in the US, I now reside in the UK. My passion lies in supporting individuals from immigrant and cross-cultural backgrounds, and I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that cultural differences and language barriers can create.
As both a drama therapist and a writer, I embrace a creative, dynamic approach to therapy. Recognising that articulating struggles can often be difficult, I employ embodied, expressive, and interactive techniques to facilitate insight, drive meaningful change, and foster a comprehensive sense of well-being for my clients.
